Please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to be baked and prepared for shipping. Shipments are made by US Postal Service Priority Mail Shipping which normally takes 2-3 Days. Priority Mail shipping does not guarantee delivery dates. The US Postal service is experiencing delivery delays at this time. Immediately after placing a Local Pick up Order, please text or call us at (678) 614-1217 to schedule your pick up date and time. Pickup Orders must be scheduled and confirmed prior to your arrival.
Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstance, we may or may not grant a refund; we may issue a partial or full refund; or we may replace your order. Any refund granted by The Tart Lady, a transaction fee will be applied. The refund will be less the transaction fee. The refund transaction fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
