Designing
The best part of working with Tart’s is getting to design a wedding cake
that is unique to your wedding. At a design appointment you can browse
through our portfolio, sample our cake and imagine the possibilities for
your own
work of edible art.
We can create cakes to match wedding gowns, photos, lifestyles
and color themes. Your cake might be in the shape of a gift, castle or pyramid.
It
could be detailed in fondant bows, porcelain sugar lilies, 24k gilded
stars or blown sugar baubles. The cakes themselves can be round, square,
petal
shaped, hexagonal, heart shaped or hand carved into any shape you desire.
Cake displays are enhanced by placing cakes on wooden platters, marble slabs,
brass or silver trays, mirrors, crystal, fabric or even in baskets. In
addition, cakes and tables can be decorated with fresh flowers, candles,
raffia, cellophane,
blown glass ornaments, berries and vines, glitter, pottery or anything
you choose!
