We started our line of hand-made preserves because of a jar of Onion Jam eaten on crackers in bed, in a cabin with no heat, in the Georgia mountains one December night. Spicy and sticky and, frankly, inspiring. Once word got out, we had friends and customers leaving produce on the doorstep, calling us with directions to wild berry patches and waxing nostalgic about things their grandma used to can. Now we can’t stop.

Our selections are always changing because we make fairly small batches and they sell fast at the Farmer’s markets May through October. We use only organically grown produce—whether we grow it ourselves or we buy it from other area farmers—like the incredible Earlyglow strawberries we get each year from Morren’s in Orfordville.

Sweet preserves come in 8 oz. jars, and Pickles/Relishes come in 12 oz. jars. You can also find a selection of our preserves for sale at Orange Tree Imports in Madison.
