Over the years our pastry repertoire has evolved into a pretty unique set
of products, but one that is still changing all the time. Baking is more
fun for us when we can walk out into the garden to
see what is ripe, cut some fresh herbs, and combine them into a shortbread
that you haven’t had before. So while we always have the following pastries
the varieties will change with the seasons.
Tarts: we make cute little 4" tarts—just right
for a hearty appetite or tea for two—available in many sweet and
savory flavors such as Plum Lavender with
Almonds or Ricotta with Berries in Black Pepper Pastry. We also make whole
11" tarts. 4" tarts are $3.00
each, minimum order 1 doz.
Prices vary for 11" tarts.
Crackers: we make both crisp crackers suitable for cheese
or dipping such as Sun-dried Tomato Lavosh and snack crackers like
Thyme, Pepper and
Nutmeg Buttons.

Bars and Brownies: the types of brownies we offer
are too numerous to mention but Chocolate Chile Brownies are one
of our most popular
and we have bars like Balsamic Cherry Streusel. These are large bars
about 3" square. $18.00 per dozen, order by the
dozen.
Shortbread and Cookies: Ginger Rosemary Shortbread
is what started us on this sweet/savory path and inspired many
variations. Our
cookies are the simple, special kind, such as the lemon buttercream
sandwich cookies that we call Lemon Drops.
$7.00 per dozen, minimum order 3 dozen or
try our cookie variety mix for orders of 4 dozen or more.
Candies and Glazed Nuts: these snacks are truly decadent,
generally addicting, and so lovely for sprinkling over desserts or
giving to sweet

Cakes: We bake cakes
two ways: first in layers that get split and filled and iced
but also in pint-sized
wooden berry boxes, simple and unadorned, that make great breakfasts
such as Orange Cardamom Cake or Rosemary Cake with Roasted Apple.
Layer cake prices vary. Berry boxes $4.00
each, minimum order 6 cakes.
