The quality of our ingredients is our primary concern. We use the following criteria to determine which ingredients we buy from other suppliers:

Flavor: Is it good, fresh, ripe, natural?

Performance: Does it work the way it should in our products? This most often applies to flours and sugars.

Origin: Is it locally produced, or made in Wisconsin?

Organic: Is it organically raised, whether certified or not, and harvested sustainably?
